We provide this privacy policy (“Policy”) so you understand our online information practices and how we treat the information we receive about you in connection with your use of www.findyourkind.com or https://app.findyourkind.com (collectively referred to as “the Platform”), or otherwise when you interact with us.

- “You” refers to any user, visitor, client, redeemer, or FYK crew member using the Platform.
- Client” or “purchaser” refers to any person utilising the Platform to gift support.
- “Find Your Kind Crew member” or “FYK crew” refers to any person utilising the Platform to provide support and earn an income
- “Services” refers to the service offerings provided by crew members to redeemers.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Find Your Kind website, in-app purchasing platform, and mobile application, which connect trusted, local, and vetted Find Your Kind crew members with clients to provide domestic and family care services.
This Policy may be updated periodically. We will post any changes on our Platform and, if necessary, notify you via email. We will obtain your consent if required by applicable law.

Crew Member Verification
FYK crew applicants must complete identity verification through Stripe and Cited, including providing a valid National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC). FYK reserves the right todecline any application at its discretion.

It is your responsibility to protect your FYK account, including using a strong password. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information; however, transmission over the internet is at your own risk.

We engage via Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. When you interact with us on these platforms, we may collect information in accordance with this Policy, while the platforms handle your data under their own privacy terms.
