“Find Your Kind Crew member” or “FYK crew” refers to any person utilising the Platform to provide support and earn an income
“Services” refers to the service offerings provided by crew members to redeemers.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Find Your Kind website, in-app purchasing platform, and mobile application, which connect trusted, local, and vetted Find Your Kind crew members with clients to provide domestic and family care services.

Crew Member Verification

FYK crew applicants must complete identity verification through Stripe and Cited, including providing a valid National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC). FYK reserves the right todecline any application at its discretion.

It is your responsibility to protect your FYK account, including using a strong password. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information; however, transmission over the internet is at your own risk.
